Include your request to delete your account in the email. Wait for confirmation \u0026ndash; we will process your request within 45 days from the time we receive your deletion request. Important: You must send the deletion request from the same email address associated with your Once account. This is required to verify your identity and ensure the security of your account.\nWhat Data Will Be Deleted #Upon receiving your account deletion request, we will delete all of your user data, including but not limited to:\nYour account information (name, email address, authentication credentials) All book texts and content you have created All audio recordings of your sessions All transcriptions of your recordings All stories and narratives All knowledge base information and facts you have shared All technical data associated with your account All data will be permanently deleted without any possibility of restoration.
